Baking It Up With Wilton!

Yes, that Wilton!

You know the one. You see their logo on boxes like this one:

And you probably know someone who has taken one of their cake decorating classes at the local Hobby Lobby or Party Time.

I’m talking about that Wilton!

This week I’ll be in Chicago for the  BlogHer Conference and am thrilled beyond thrilled to be one of 30 bloggers selected to lunch, decorate, mix and mingle at the official Wilton Headquarters and Test Kitchen!

Our itinerary includes decorating demonstrations like these:

    Buttercream Decorating Techniques

     Snack Cakes

     Shape N Amaze 3D Modeling

They had me at buttercream. And snack cakes.

What if we made a 3D snack cake with buttercream?

I die.

We also have time carved out to shop in the mother of all cake decorating supplies, the Wilton store.

My head is already spinning.

In the spirit of all things aprons, you know I’ve packed a little something for my trip.

You know I can’t wear someone else’s apron.

I just can’t.
