I tried. Oh, how I tried to make the paleo Banana Bread Waffles just as the recipe instructed and not top them with syrup….or, um, er….Hazelnut Fluff. But as you can see I ended up with Hazelnut Fluff Mini Banana Waffles instead. It was going along just wonderfully. I purchased the somewhat ridiculously priced substitutions…
