It’s my latest recipe for the Dixie Crystals blog and you guys, it is HEAVEN.

Before I married my husband, I liked peanut butter but it wasn’t something I requested in desserts. If it was available, well, I’d eat it, but it’s not something I set out to create.

That is, until I saw my husband’s face light up with this Peanut Butter Banana Icebox Pie.

While that pie is delicious, it’s not something that excited me to decorate. I mean, peanut butter and chocolate looks like…..peanut butter and chocolate. Dark. Drab. Uneventful.

So when I set out to work on these individual Peanut Butter Cup Mini Pies, I challenged myself to make them glamorous.

Can a peanut butter pie be glamorous??

I think we may just have to agree that this is likely the prettiest peanut butter and chocolate may ever look.
