Parmesan Lime Corn

Ingredients
  • 4 ears fresh corn
  • butter, as needed
  • ½ cup Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
Instructions
  1. Boil or grill the corn until done. Coat with butter. Combine the Parmesan, lime zest, and chili powder (if desired), and sprinkle on buttered corn.
