In September of 2017 my father was diagnosed with early onset Prostate Cancer. Under the advisement and supervision of his oncologist he has elected not to treat with radiation or surgery, but rather, to treat by making dietary changes mostly following a plant based regime.
In September 2017 his PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen) test score was a 7.34.
In November 2017 his PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen) test score was 6.99.
In May 2018 his PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen) test score was 5.42
A healthy PSA is 4.0 and below. He has come close to being in a “normal” range by simply eating a vegetable heavy diet with some fish/seafood. These are the recipes I’ve created to help encourage his healthier eating habits by adopting some of our own.
